The World's Strongest Rearguard: Labyrinth Country's Novice Seeker – Tôwa

WSR has the drawbacks of its genre. It is one part detailed battles against monsters, one part geeking over character statistics, and one part watching the protagonist be surrounded by girls who want to get his clothes off. And a sliver of plot development. This could still have been a better light read if the surrounded-by-girls wish-fulfillment part of the fantasy hadn’t been allowed to crowd out the story. There’s a fun novel trying to get out here, hence the third star.
